Fine Arts Market: In 1992, the Arts Commission began hosting a Fine Arts Festival at Stubbs Park. This popular annual event has grown through the years, and was held in 2007 at Benham's Grove featuring more than 60 artists, food vendors, children’s crafts, live musical entertainment and demonstrations.  The Americana Festival will hold "Art with Attitude" on July 4th.
