Retail, customer service, and health-care workers can find opportunities in Dayton. Ourcity's economy runs on manufacturing and wholesale and retail trade and services. Employers are working to recruit highly skilled employees, according to the City Data website, because of an aging population in Dayton. This means recent college grads are more than likely in demand here...especially in business because of the necessity for technology in order to thrive.
